Mickey,

After having my skelator [sic] for a couple month all I can say is thanks. Shit is sweet. I don't know what it is about it, but it feels so much more solid in turns than my other bike. The way it turn just gives me so much confidence that my wheels are going to stay planted. With other bikes I've had, It seems like I needed to upgrade wheels, cranks, whatever to get the most out of racing, Now I feel like I'm the weak link, like I need to get stronger to get the most out of the bike.

Anyways, what i"m trying to say is thanks. Thanks dealing with my weekly emails, and thanks for the sweet bike. Now I just need to get a super touch [sic], if I can afford it one day

Thanks
Myles

Dear Mickey & Laura,

Thanks for all the hard work in putting the team deal together, going through all the hoops with your manufacturer, keeping all things Spooky, and getting us some great bicycles.

I just took my Skeletor out for a ride and it feels so very nice. I am looking forward to riding this bike for thousands of miles --and many of those racing hard like a Spooky should be raced.

Thanks again and looking forward to getting the HavocStaff... please let me know when you'll be taking payments for the upgrade (it'll be an add-on frame for me).

Cheers, [redacted]

Re: custom darkside, steel, 26"

Oh wow...where to begin. The bike feels amazing. The lightness, the size, the stiffness, the springiness, the angles...whatever it is, it feels like it just disappears and becomes an extension of my body. I stomp, it goes. I point, it goes. My old dirt bikes felt *nothing* like this.

Seriously. I have been off the bike for four months. Four months. I was not sure what to expect on a first time back out on dirt that was going to be a whole weekend of shredding gnar with fast dudes. So, I lagged on any fireroad type climb, as expected. But as soon as it got tricky, up or down, I was smoking almost everybody. I felt like a superhero. It made me want to cry! Once I get my fitness back, look out west coast.

In a nutshell, I love love love it. Deepest thanks to you and to Frank for putting together such a beautiful machine. Cannot wait to push this little mighty as hard as it'll go.

Spooky,
I'm tired of the jealously I feel toward my racing brethren on their fine aluminum steeds, tossing their Skeletors into patchy criterium corners with unbridled recklessness while I cautiously follow with one eye on the hay bale-less mailbox that threatens to render my latest carbon wonderbike nothing more than a pile of expensive splinters. I, as a result of currently working for [bike company], have been riding a [bike] in a 58cm frame, and seek to replace it with an original Skeletor of comparable dimensions. What are my best options for sizing and availability?

Ok Ok Ok... so I have to admit. I think I'm totally hooked on wanting a Spooky 29er with a BB30 BB(aluminum). ... I saw my teammates Spooky the other day at a race and kinda fell in love... with the bike.. not him so get your mind out of the gutter. ha ha. He loves it and now know my goal will be to rock one at the 100 miles I do.... had to tell you how impressed I was with the frame. ...

I've actually told a bunch of fellow riders that will be my next bike. I was surprised that a few people said "what's a spooky". I learned them good and pulled up the site on my handy-dandy phone. They were also diggin it... like I was. Well that's enough ass kissing to my future bike company... I hope you all have an awesome day... and remember just like in life and cycling, momentum is your friend!

All the best, [redacted]
